First and Foremost:

The primary ingredient in navigating a global assignment is the belief and certitude in self and an all pervading higher power that he is capable and has been chosen to contribute at a higher level.
This unfettered belief will lead him to perceive his role from a multidimensional lense as he first examines the new business terrain and then contemplates the cultural stance required of him in executing a superlative effort

It's sure a big step to take up a position in another country. Making that leap, one must take many things for granted - but hard work and perseverence is the best one can do.
